Section 1. Pursuant to an ordinance heretofore passed by the City Council which authorizes the honorary street-name signs, the Commissioner of Transportation shall take the necessary action for the standardization of 43^rd Street, from S. Lake Park Avenue to S. Ellis Avenue, designated Honorary Street as "Muddy Waters Drive."

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication
