AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF ABUNASER SHOPPING CENTER FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT 3446 WEST FOSTER AVENUE

Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Abunaser Shopping Center from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3446 West Foster Avenue.
