BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9-12-070, the maximum speed limit on:

North Drake Avenue (northbound traffic),

between West Addison Street and North Elston Avenue

shall be 20 miles per hour.
