BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the current RT4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District Symbols as shown on the Map No. 12-J in the area bounded by:


West 51st Street; a line 231.08 feet east of a parallel to South Millard Avenue; a line 125 feet south of and parallel to West 51st Street; a line 207 feet east of and parallel to south Millard Avenue; a line 109 feet south of and parallel to West 51st Street; a line 101 feet east ofand parallel to South Millard Avenue; a line 125 feet south of and parallel to West 51st Street; and South Millard Avenue


to those of an M1 -1 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District.


SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
