ORDINANCE

3300 S. Halsted

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 3300 S. Halsted, Chicago, Illinois 60608, YONG LE LLC, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress.
