BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION I. That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all the C2-3, Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 118-B in the area bounded by:

THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF THE METRA RAIL LINE; WEST 26™ STREET; SOUTH FEDERAL STREET; AND A LINE 175.15 NORTH OF WEST 26TH STREET

to those'of B2-5, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2: That the Chicago Zoning Ordinance be amended by changing all ofthe B2-5, Neighborhood Mixed-Use District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 118-B in the area bounded by:

THE EAST RIGHT OF WAY OF THE METRA RAIL LINE; WEST 26™ STREET; SOUTH FEDERAL STREET; AND A LINE 175.15 NORTH OF WEST' 26TH STREET

to those of Residential Planned Development [ ], which is hereby established in the area
above described, subject to such use and bulk regulation as set forth in the Plan of Development herewith attached and made a part hereof and to no others.
