RESOLUTION

 

WHEREAS, Patricia R. Feeley has been called to eternal life by the wisdom of God at the age of 00; and

 

WHEREAS, The Chicago City Council has been informed of her passing by Alderman Edward M. Burke; and

 

WHEREAS, Patricia is survived by her husband of 56 years James J. Feeley, children Patrick (Jennifer] Feeley, Bridget Ann (Gary) Stencel, grandchildren Diana Feeley, Ariel Feeley, Jami Feeley, and special friends Tina and Kevin Holt; and

 

WHEREAS, She was born March 11,1942 in Chicago/IL, the daughter of John F. and Sophie A. (nee Czubak) Dziewior; and

 

WHEREAS, Patricia worked as Sergeant at Arms for the City of Chicago Council until her retirement on June 30, 2003; and

 

WHEREAS, Patricia was a very active member of St. Anne Catholic Church in Oswego, IL, where she was in the Knights of Columbus Auxiliary, and served as a Lector and on the Bereavement Committee; and

 

WHEREAS, She was very committed to her community through her involvement with the Oswego Senior Center and the Seniors of St. Anne; and

 

WHEREAS, To her beloved family, Patricia R. Feeley imparts a legacy of faithfulness, service and dignity; now, therefore

 

BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members of the Chicago City Council, assembled this twentieth day of July, 2022, do hereby commemorate Patricia R. Feeley for her grace-filled life and do hereby express our condolences to her family; and

 

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be presented to the family of Patricia R. Feeley.
