SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish - No Parking Tow Zone, Parking Signs at the below listed locations:
WARD MISCELLANEOUS:
2 West Division Street (both sides) from 1 West Division Street through 30 West
Division Street; No Parking, Tow Zone, All day
