ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing the RT-4 Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-G in the area bounded by
The public alley next north of and parallel to West Flournoy Street; A line 247.28 east of and parallel to South Laflin Street; West Flournoy Street; and a line 271.28 east of and parallel to South Laflin Street
to those of a B2-3 Neighborhood Mixed-Use District.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.

The purpose ofthe rezoning is to adaptively reuse a 3.5-story residential building. The Applicant proposes to establish 2 existing, nonconforming dwelling units at the garden level of the existing building containing 6 other dwelling units.
