BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Guillermo Archer of Archers Metal Deco, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress 2215 N Knox Avenue.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.

1 am aware of the application for an Alley Ingress/Egress Access for Archers Metal Deco, Inc. located at 2215 N Knox Avenue, Chicago, IL 60639. 1 have no objections to this application and I will introduce an ordinance at the City Council meeting scheduled for July 20, 2022, exempting Archers Metal Deco, Inc. from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress/egress.
