SECTION 1. That the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to establish - No Parking Tow Zone, Parking Signs at the below listed locations:

2 West Elm Street (both sides) from 1 West Elm Street through 32 West Elm Street; No Overnight Parking, Tow Zone, All days from 12:00 AM to 6:00 AM
