PHYSICAL BARRIER & ALLEY ACCESS

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 33-19.1 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 5422S. University from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and/or egress to parking facilities for 5422 S. University.
