BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1 Pursuant to Section 9-64-090(f) of the Municipal Code, the following addresses are hereby established as a buffer zone for the adjacent residential permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:

1215 - 1255 North Damen Avenue, 1301 -1311 North Damen Avenue, and 1347 -1351 North Damen Avenue, on the east side ofthe street, as a residential permit parking buffer for Zone 154

1214 - 1248 North Damen Avenue, 1300 - 1328 North Damen Avenue, on the west side ofthe street, as a residential permit parking buffer for Zone 154

SECTION 2   This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.
