SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

 

 

 

 

 

 

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-023 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

 

4-60-023 Restrictions on additional licenses.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional package goods license shall be issued for any premises located within the following areas:

(30.73)                     On North Milwaukee Avonuo, from North Central Park Avonuo to North

Monticello Avonuo, and on tho northeast side of North Milwaukee Avenue, from North Monticello Avenue to North Ridgeway Avenuo, and on the east side of North Ridgeway Avenue, from North Milwaukee Avonuo to Wost Bolmont Avenue.
