BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner pf Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 6334-56 N Whipple Stand 3035-47 W Devon Congregation B'Nei Ruven, from provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for the premise address.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after is passage and publication. _r
