Be It Ordained by the City Council of the City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, Section 080 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the following is a proposed ordinance to repeal a prohibition for the parking of vehicles, passed December 16, 2009 PO2009-8450 as indicated below:

WEST ROSCOE STREET (BOTH SIDES) 830 AND 831 FROM A POINT 100 FT WEST OF NORTH BROADWAY TO A POINT 10 FT WEST - AT ALL TIMES

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force hereinafter its passage and publication. )
