BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 2420 Halsted Land Owner, LLC from the Municipal Code provision prohibiting alley access to any parking lot or garage if the capacity of that lot or garage is in excess of six spaces for the premise address located at 2411 North Lincoln Avenue.

 

 

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
