BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding the provisions of Section 9-12-070, the maximum speed limit on:

West Barry Avenue (eastbound and westbound traffic), between North Central Park Avenue and North Kedzie Ave

shall be 20 miles per hour.

SECTION 2.  This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
