SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Irving Flats LLC, of 1647-49 W. Irving Park Road, Chicago, IL 60618, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 1647-49 W. Irving Park Road.
