BE IT ORDERED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO; SECTION 1;

Pursuant of Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Little Dreamers Learning Center, (Jessica Morales & Jessica Riosjf rom the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit Alley Ingress and Egress to the parking facility for 3707 West 63^rtf Street, Chicago, Illinois.
