SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago - the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RS-3 Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District symbols and indications, as shown on Map No.3-G, in the area bounded by
West Cortez Street; a line 222.70 feet west of and parallel to North Noble Street; the ally next south of and parallel to West Cortez Street; and a line 246.7 feet west of and parallel to North Noble Street,

to those of an RM-4.5 Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
