BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Title 17 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all ofthe Ml-2 Limited Manufacturing/Business Park District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 2-K in the area bounded by



West Arthington Street;
A line 550.60 feet east of and parallel to South Kilpatrick Avenue; West Fifth Avenue;
The alley next east of and parallel to South Kilpatrick Avenue; The alley next south of and parallel to West Arthington Street; And South Kilpatrick Avenue




to those of a M2-2 Light Industry District.




SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and effect from and after its passage and due publication.
