At the request ofthe Commissioner of Planning and Development, I transmit herewith an ordinance correcting a typographical error to the Ordinance amending the Ramova Theater TIF
RDA.

ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, on July 20, 2022, the City Council of the City of Chicago passed ordinance 02022-2340 concerning the authority to amend a redevelopment agreement with Our Revival Chicago, LLC, Our Revival Chicago Operating Company, LLC, and Southside Revival NFP, for the restoration ofthe Ramova Theater located at 3518 South Halsted Street; and
WHEREAS, it was later discovered that two typographical errors contained within O2022-2340 were printed on pages 50347 and 50358 of the Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, Illinois for the regular meeting held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary and appropriate to correct the aforementioned errors, such that the corrected ordinance is reflected as the item that the Committee on Finance approved and the City Council passed and so that the ordinance and associated exhibit are stated accurately; now, therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. The Journal of the Proceedings of the City Council of the City of Chicago, Illinois for the regular meeting held on Wednesday, July 20, 2022, is hereby corrected by amending ordinance 02022-2340 as follows:
By deleting "$9,096,000,000" appearing on the eleventh printed line from the top of page 50347 and inserting "$9,096,000" in lieu thereof; and
By deleting "$9,096,000,000"" appearing in the first printed line from the bottom of page 50358 and inserting "$9,096,000" in lieu thereof.
