ORDINANCE

3000 S. Halsted

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Unique Thrift of 3000 S. Halsted, IL 60608, from the provisions requiring barrier as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress.

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
