ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the B1-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols as shown on Map Number 9-G in the area generally bounded by:

West Addison Street; North Reta Avenue; a line 102 feet south of and parallel to West Addison Street; the 16-foot wide public alley next west of and parallel to North Reta Avenue,

to those of a RM-6 Residential Multi-Unit District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective upon its passage.
