ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO.

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-J in the area bound by.

a line 175 feet south of and parallel to West Huron Street; the alley next east of and parallel to North Lawndale Avenue; a line 125 feet south of and parallel to West Huron Street; and North Lawndale Avenue,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
