ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-J in the area bound by:

a line 174.67 feet north of and parallel to West Ohio Street; the alley next west of and parallel, to North Lawndale Avenue; West Ohio Street; a line 40.34 feet west of and parallel to North Lawndale Avenue; a line 99.67 feet north of and parallel to West Ohio Street; a line 20.15 feet west of and parallel to North Lawndale Avenue; West Ohio Street; and North Lawndale Avenue,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
