ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all ofthe RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-J in the area bound by:

West Ohio Street; North Monticello Avenue; a line 50 feet south of and parallel to West Ohio Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Monticello Avenue,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
