ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance is amended by changing all of the RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 1-J in the area bound by:

a line 250 feet south of and parallel to West Huron Street; North Ridgeway Avenue; a line 300 feet south of and parallel to West Huron Street; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Ridgeway Avenue,

to those of a RS-3, Residential Single-Unit (Detached House) District,

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
