BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 6921 N. Ridge Blvd. (Rise Up Early Childhood LLC) from the Municipal Code from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking and loading facilities for their parking lot at 6921 N. Ridge Boulevard.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect upon its passage and publication.
