ORDINANCE

1548 W ARDMORE A VE. CHICAGO, IL 60660

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO.

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 5905 N CLARK LLC 1025 WOAKDALE AVE, CHICAGO, IL 60657, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 1548 W ARDMORE AVE., CHICAGO, IL 60660

 

 

Section 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage arid publication.
