BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1 Pursuant to Section 9-64-090(f) of the Municipal Code, the following addresses are hereby established as a buffer zone for the adjacent residential permit parking zone listed immediately thereafter:

1149 North Hoyne, on the east side of the street, as a residential permit parking buffer for Zone 168

SECTION 2   This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.
