SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

2042 W Irving LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2044 W. Irving Park Road.
