Section 1: Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code ofthe City of Chicago, the Commissioner of the Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Griesel Jimenez Stodden Funeral Home, located at 10240 S Ewing Avenue, from the Municipal Code provision requiring physical barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley access to parking facilities forthe premises referenced herein. Section 2: This ordinance shall take effect and be in force upon its passage and publication.
