SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt

Please be advised that on December 14,2022 1 will introduce an ordinance in the Cliicago City Council to provide alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2131 W.Monroe St. The ordinance, as drafted and approved by the council, authorizes alley access for the entire building. 1 am requesting for the appropriate license to be issued due to pending passage to the publication.
