Ordered, that the Corporation Counsel is hereby authorized and directed to enter into and execute a Settlement Agreement in the following matter:

Jake Soprych v. Citv of Chicago, a Municipal Corporation, Officer Patrick M. Bryant, and Officer Eusebio J. Mederos, No. 19-L-2099 (Cir. Ct. of Cook Cty., Law Division) in the amount of $600,000.00.

Jake Soprych v. City of Chicago, a Municipal Corporation, Officer Patrick M. Bryant, and Officer Eusebio J. Mederos, No. 19-L-2099 (Cir. Ct. of Cook Cty., Law Division).

Amount: S600,000

Having had the same under advisement, begs leave to report and recommend that your Honorable Body pass the proposed settlement.
