ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 17-13-0103 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by adding the language underscored, and by deleting the language struck through, as follows:

17-13-0103 Application Fees.

17-13-0103-A Applications must be accompanied by the following fees:

Zoning Map Amendments (Rezonings)	$1,000
Special Use	$4000
Special Use - for-profit applicants with more	$1,000
than 100 employees (as defined in Section 6-10-020)1
Special Use - all other applicants	$500
Planned Development	$1,500

Appeal	$500

¹ The total number of employees shall be calculated based on the number of employees engaged to work by the applicant and anv entities under common ownership, management, or control with the applicant.

SECTION 2. The Zoning Board of Appeals shall update the special use application form as may be necessary to determine the number of employees of an applicant in accordance with this ordinance.

SECTION 3. This ordinance shall take effect upon passage and publication.
