BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 and 10-20-435 of the Municipal Code of the City of Chicago, the Commissioner ofthe Department of Transportation is hereby authorized and exempt Amber Motel INN/Fantasy Motel INN, of 3901 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60653, from the provisions to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3901 S Michigan Ave, Chicago, IL 60653, to allow the access to said to said parking facilities which are in excess of 6 spaces.
