SECTION 1. Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Director of Finance is hereby authorized and directed to exempt:

Grein Funeral Directors, of 2114 W. Irving Park Road Chicago, IL 60618, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities at 2114 W. Irving Park Road.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
