Attached is the Notification of Sale to the City Council certificate which is required to be filed with your office pursuant to Part B, Article III, Sections 3.1(h) and 3.1(i) of an ordinance adopted by the City Council of the City of Chicago (the "City Council") on November 24, 2020, and pursuant to Article 3, Sections 3.20(g) and 3.20(i) of an ordinance adopted by the City Council on October 27, 2021. An executed copy of the Bond Purchase Agreement, the Official Statement and the Trust Indentures for the Bonds are also included.
