BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:
SECTION 1. Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is
hereby amended by changing all of the Bl-3 Neighborhood Shopping District symbols and
indications as shown on Map No. 19-H the area bounded by
A line 251.6 feet north of and parallel to West Howard Street as measured along the east side ofNorth Paulina Street; the public alley next east of North Paulina Street; West Howard Street; North Paulina Street,
to those of Planned Development Number , as amended, which is hereby established in the
area described above and subject to such use and bulk regulations set forth in the Plan of
Development attached hereto and to no others.
SECTION 2. This ordinance takes effect after its passage and due publication.
