ORDINANCE
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO
SECTION 1: Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance is hereby amended by changes all the M3-3 Heavy Industry District symbols and indications as shown on Map No. 3-G in the area bounded by
West Evergreen Avenue; North Elston Avenue; West Potomac Avenue; and the alley next west of and parallel to North Elston Avenue
to the designation of C2-3 Motor Vehicle-Related Commercial District, as amended and a corresponding use district is hereby established in the area above described.
SECTION 2: This ordinance shall be in force and effect from after its passage and due publication.
