BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

 

 

SECTION 1.   Pursuant to Title 9, Chapter 64, of the Municipal Code of Chicago, that the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to erect and/or amend Traffic Warning Signs and Signals, for the following locations are hereby designated:

 

 

WARD                     TRAFFIC WARNING SIGNS AND/OR SIGNALS:

 

1                     1601-1615 West Ferdinand Street from a point 15 feet west of West Ferdinand Street

and North Ashland Avenue to a point 125 feet west thereof; No Parking, Anytime [O2023-9]

1                     Amend Ordinance which reads: 550 North Ada Street (west side) from a point 20 feet

south of West Ohio Street to a point 80 feet south thereof; No Parking School Days, 7:00am to 4:30pm by striking No Parking School Days and inserting No Parking Except Authorized School Personnel School Days in lieu thereof. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force here in after its passage and publication
