BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHiCAGO:

SECTION 1. The Chicago Zoning Ordinance Is amended by changing all of the RM-5, Residential Multi-Unit Districts and indications as shown on Map No. 7-1 in the area bound by:

a line 50 feet north of and parallel to West Fullerton Avenue; the alley next east of and parallel to North Kedzie Boulevard; West Fullerton Avenue; arid, North Kedzie Boulevard,

to those of a RT-4, Residential Two-Flat, Townhouse and Multi-Unit Districts. SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be effective after its passage and publication.
