BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. Section 4-60-023 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago is hereby amended by deleting the language struck through, and by inserting the language underscored, as follows:

4-60-022      Restrictions on additional packaged goods licenses.

Subject to the provisions of subsection 4-60-021 (c), no additional license shall be issued for the sale of alcoholic liquor, for consumption on the premises within the following areas:

(42.276) On the west side of Michigan Avenue from Van Buren Street to Ida B. Wells Drive: and on the north side of Ida B. Wells Drive from Michigan Avenue to Wabash Avenue. [Roserved.]
