Proclamation: Mas alia del Sol
WHEREAS, The members of the City Council of Chicago wish to recognize the 10th anniversary of the opening of Mas alia del So and extend a congratulations to the Moreno family; and
WHEREAS, Mas alia del Sol is celebrating its 10th anniversary on March 18th, 2023; and
WHEREAS, The City Council has been notified ofthis celebration by The Honorable Harry Osterman, Alderman ofthe 48th Ward; and
WHEREAS, Mas alia del Sol has remained a staple ofthe Edgewater restaurant community, reflecting founder Adan Moreno's love for the cuisine from Mexico and a dedication to providing a stellar culinary experience; and
WHEREAS, as an anchor on Broadway, Mas alia has remained one ofthe premier restaurants in Edgewater; and
BE IT RESOLVED, That we, the Mayor and the members ofthe City Council ofthe City of Chicago, gathered here this day of February 1st, 2023, do hereby extend our congratulations on the continued success and the anniversary of Mas alia del Sol joining the Edgewater community; and
