BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

Section 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 ofthe Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commission of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt 5753 Broadway LLC, 2007 W Montrose Ave, Chicago IL 60018, from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 5745-5753 N Broadway, Chicago, IL 60660.
