SUBSTITUTE ORDINANCE

BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO:

SECTION 1. That Title 17 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Chicago Zoning Ordinance, is hereby amended by changing all of the RM-5 Residential Multi-Unit District symbols and indications as shown on Map Number 8-E in the area generally bounded by:

a line 72 feet north of and parallel to East 37th Street; South Dr. Martin Luther King Drive; East 37th Street; and a line 165 feet west of and parallel to South Dr. Martin Luther King Drive;

to those of a B3-2 Community Shopping District.

SECTION 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and due publication.
