AUTHORIZATION FOR EXEMPTION OF PLAYBOUND FROM PHYSICAL BARRIER REQUIREMENT PERTAINING TO ALLEY ACCESSIBILITY FOR PARKING FACILITIES AT

3505 W BELMONT.

Be it Ordained by the City Council ofthe City of Chicago:

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the Commissioner of Transportation is hereby authorized and directed to exempt Playbound from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress to parking facilities for 3505 W Belmont.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall take effect and be in force from and after its passage and publication.
