BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO

SECTION 1. Pursuant to Section 10-20-430 of the Municipal Code of Chicago, the: Director of Revenue is hereby authorized and directed to exempt KDP Chicago Cortland LLC from the provisions requiring barriers as a prerequisite to prohibit alley ingress and egress from 3601 - 3611 West Cortland /1844 -1856 N Central Park.

SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be in force and take effect from and after its passage and publication.
